How did you decide on the title of your blog, and what’s it about?
I quickly decided on "Funning Up My Life" because I am constantly looking for ways to keep the FUN in my life - and that is exactly what my blog is about! I work Monday-Friday 9-5, so sometimes it feels pretty tough to keep the fun in my life, so I use my blog as an excuse to do it and to help others on their way too!
Where does your blogging inspiration come from?
My day to day life mainly - I find it so fun to make simple recipes, DIY and other things that I find normally on Pinterest!
Can you give 11 random facts about yourself?
1. I have two extra teeth.. I look a bit like a shark! When I was younger, I had some of my back teeth removed. When they came back through, there wasn't enough room for them in their normal places, so they grew next door!
2. I am absolutely petrified of needles
3. I haven't worn any makeup at all yet this year..!
4. Sleep is my best friend - I could literally sleep 40 hours in a row if I wanted to
5. Even at 25 years old, I still don't know what I want to do with my career..
6. I am part way through a Psychology degree that I keep taking long breaks from
7. Road rage is my mega weak spot.. Sometimes, I just cannot keep my temper!
8. I literally have never liked any sports at all, ever!
9. If I could, I would only eat chocolate and drink tea all day, every day
10. Coffee is amazing - but it gives me headaches (even decaff..) so I avoid it :(
11. I always feel unappreciated..
What is something you’ve been loving lately?
Blogging! I know this sounds obvious, but since I only started this in January, I have really been using it as an escape!
What is it you love most about blogging?
I love sharing things I love with other people and when they like it too - wow, it just feels great! I also love how I don't have to report to anyone - it is all mine! Also, all of the friends I have made from all different countries along the way!
If you had 3 wishes, what would they be?
1. For my mortgage to be paid off..
2. To not be scared of needles!
3. I could be permanently slip and toned (without the workout!)!
What is one country in the world you would like to visit? Why?
I would love to really explore the USA. I have been to two different cities (San Diego and San Fransisco) but I would love to have a year and a couple of thousand pounds so I could explore the whole thing!
What are you currently watching or reading?
I am reading "The Outsiders" by S.E Hinton (again!)
and I am watching: Sons of Anarchy, Orange is the New Black, The Killing, Game of Thrones - I binge on a lot of TV shows whilst I am cooking/crafting!
A long-lost relative leaves you a large sum of money. What do you do with it?
Pay off my mortgage. If there is any left, then save!
What is something you do when you need to take time for yourself?
I blog, clean my kitchen, go for a drive or a scoot.
Where do you see yourself in five years time?
A mummy, married, happy. Hopefully by the time I am 30 - I will have found my dream job (or have won the lottery!).
